Stardust from Daterra farm is back as our sweet! Grown in the Cerrado region, Brazil, it is produced using a unique tree-dried natural method, where cherries are left to ripen longer on the branch before harvest.
This extended maturation intensifies sugars and flavour complexity, allows for this coffee to really show off its natural sweetness.
In the cup, Stardust offers a vibrant, fruit-forward profile that challenges traditional expectations of Brazilian coffee.
