OUR ROASTERY
At Rosemains Steading in Pathhead, just outside Edinburgh, we roast as part of a creative, collaborative community.
Our 12kg electric Probat roaster—still a rarity in the coffee industry—reflects our forward-thinking approach and long-term commitment to more sustainable coffee.
By using electric roasting technology, we’re able to achieve precision and consistency in every batch, bringing out the full potential of each bean.
