COFFEE
Common was founded on the desire to make coffee simple to understand. We offer six roasts: Bold, Strong, Sweet, Bright, Complex and Decaf.
Our head roaster has a knack for sourcing high quality seasonal green. This is followed by creating individual profiles to ensure we get the best from each coffee.
All our coffees are omni-roasted to deliver coffee that is easy to work with, whether that is pulling shots of espresso or brewing a pour-over. Our aim is to help the barista make sure each cup served is consistently and equally delicious, regardless of how many tickets are lined up on the counter.
With a broad range of coffee and products we have solutions options for coffee shops, restaurants, hotels and office blocks.

THE ROASTERY
In 2021 we were lucky enough to join the business community that is Rosemains Steading in Pathhead. A small group of independent businesses who have come together to share ideas, resources and of course the odd struggle.
We have also continued to invest in the development of using an electric roaster. We operate a 12kg Electric Probat. While not currently widely used, we believe making the move to electric is an important step to ensuring longevity within the coffee industry. The consistency of the electric roaster is something that continues to impress us and we look forward to more roasters joining us on the journey to electric roasting.
