Sourced from the Daterra Collection—a curated range representing the highest quality coffees from Daterra’s most recent harvest. Each lot is fully traceable and comes from small to mid-sized farms that hold both Rainforest Alliance and B Corp certifications.

This particular coffee, nicknamed Stardust, is beautifully balanced and delicate, making it an ideal choice for filter brewing or batch brew. We’re currently enjoying it as a rich espresso, where notes of honey, sweet chocolatey hazelnuts shine through.

Daterra is made up of three distinct farms—Boa Vista, Taboues, and Franca—operating together as one estate. Every lot is unique, shaped by varying soils, elevations, sun exposure, and varietals. These lots are further divided into 1–5 hectare micro-sectors, each managed by a dedicated agronomist who monitors conditions, records data, and ensures peak performance across the board.

Daterra was born out of the vision of one man to create excellence. Excellence in environmental and economic sustainability and above all else, excellence in quality. This vision has become a reality, being the first Rainforest certified farm in Brazil and later becoming the first ‘A’ grade certified farm for sustainability in the world. From the organic farm on site that is used in the meals they provide their workers, reusable pouches and regular filtered water taps that help to reduce plastic consumption, to the work with local schools, colleges, and universities, the breadth of their ambition is clearly visible.
