Adding something special to the line-up this festive season - and a first for us - our Christmas Coffee comes from the highlands of Papua New Guinea. Roasted to highlight those rich, sweet flavours that feel right at home over the festive period!

This lot comes from Kongo Coffee Ltd., a locally owned exporter that’s been working with smallholder farmers across Simbu province for over two decades. Beyond producing some of PNG’s finest coffee, Kongo invest back into their community, supporting schools, youth sports, and local food projects that create real impact close to home.

For us, that sense of care, for craft, people, and place is what this season’s about.
