Roasting just outside Edinburgh, we specialise in specialty coffee that’s all about flavour and consistency.
We work with high-quality, seasonal beans and create six distinct coffees to suit different tastes and brewing styles.
Every coffee we roast is carefully checked for quality, so you can trust it to taste great—whether it’s brewed as espresso, filter, or anything in between.

Our community is built through the everyday moments—at our roastery in Rosemains Steading, where our team works to bring out the best in every bean, at Mayvn café in Edinburgh,
